1KLICK is recruiting a Commercial Manager for Edge. In this position you will be part of the energetic 'Commercial Team' and you will focus on new business in the Netherlands and guide projects within the real estate portfolio to the next level. Your tasks will include acquisition of new locations/assets, leasing of real estate projects, but also disposition, capital raising and setting up new partnerships. As Commercial Manager you are an important player within Edge and responsible for the further growth and professionalization of the organization.



What will you do?


You will be part of the high energy Commercial Team and you will focus on new business in The Netherlands and guide projects within the portfolio to the next level. In addition, you will contribute to growth in new business opportunities in The Netherlands by acquiring new sites/assets, disposition of our projects, capital raising and setting up new partnerships. As Commercial Manager, you are a major player within Edge and responsible for further growth and professionalization of the organization.

Are you the one to sell our better buildings to the World?

  • Head up the leasing activities of multiple projects and assets;
  • Analyze and underwrite new investment opportunities and engage in transaction activities;
  • Participation within the development and design process;
  • Create market opportunities and be closely involved during negotiations;
  • Maintain contact with clients and other stakeholders, such as brokers, governmental bodies, investors, architects and other consultants;
  • Work closely with both internal and external partners and provide reporting and business planning.


Competencies and Skills relevant for the role


  • Master's degree in for example Economics and Business, law or Real Estate Management or Finance;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role;
  • Commercial drive and strong relationship building skills;
  • Ability to think strategically;
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate market;
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, innovator, results oriented, enthusiastic personality and high level of energy;
  • Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surroundings;
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills (Dutch and English);
  • Strong social skills and natural drive to grow (y)our network;
  • Analytical and precise in execution.

For all your good work, you will receive the following compensation:

  • A salary in line with market standards, depending on your experience and knowledge;
  • 8% vacation allowance;
  • A performance bonus based on individual performance and Edge's financial performance;
  • A lease car or mobility allowance;
  • 25 vacation days and 3 collective days off (for full-time employment);
  • An employment contract for the duration of 1 year and 1 month probation, with the intention of converting it to indefinite;
  • A defined contribution pension plan;
  • WIA excess, WGA gap and ANW insurance;
  • Our office offers gym and lunch facilities;
  • You are also offered training and development opportunities to continue to grow in your profession.
